2 Questions on K1 submission (photo and change of service center)

I am about to submit a K1 application and supporting documents following the instructions/guide on this website but two issues have occurred during the process;

1. The Vermont service center that was initially the destination has apparently now changed to Dallas. Because of this, my intent to marry letters for both my fiancee and myself and the cover letter have the an incorrect 'header' addressed to the Vermont location. Since this is a somewhat superficial error and somewhat obvious do you think I should send anyway or do you think I should delay the sending and correct this? This could add another 2 weeks since I'll have to wait on a signed letter from my Brazilian fiancee.

2. Apparently a "passport" sized photo means something different in Brazil than the US. Her photo was closer to 2 inches by 2.5 inches and I had to trim it to 2 x 2. This cut off most of the shoulders but the face is still intact and by the definitions of a passport photo it still qualifies. Should I ask for a new photo? Again, a few weeks delay if necessary.

Sounds like you have all your ducks in a row. Send it as it is and you should be fine. Good luck!
