Do you have any dependents? If so how many? If it is just you and your fiance then you will be fine.

I am stressing out over this form! I am 24 and am living at home (so I don't have a mortgage or any property of value) I make about 32K a year and have only a few thousand in savings. Is this enough for the Affidavit of Support?

You make 32K a year? Then that's well above the 125% poverty level required...you're fine. Just get the documentation together and no worries.

Right, I have no dependents. Let's say for some reason they don't think I have enough money to support him....will they just request someone else (like my parents) to fill out the form or will the whole application be rejected? That's what I am concerned about?

The required level is pretty low, only 125% of the poverty level for your family. If your income is higher than that, then thats all the documentation you have to provide.

If you had less than than the required level, than you could use a co-sponsor.

Then your parents can be a co-sponser if, for some reason, you don't meet the 125% of the poverty level and they do. Very simple. As long as you (or your co-sponser) can meet that very low 125% level, no worries.

You're fine. My fiance has 40k and I got approved. He doesnt have anything, not even savings. So you're very much fine. Dont worry :) Just dont forget the attachments to that form tho, like tax forms and pay stubs.

You and your fiance ought to review the I-134, I-864P (this gives the income requirements), and this page from the London Embassy website Public Charge Provisions

You can find the I-864P by clicking the link in my signature labeled "Current USCIS Poverty Guidelines."
