If you take a look at our timeline, you can see that we sent off for everything at the end of June. Everything seemed to be going pretty smoothly, we got the first NOAs quickly and the biometrics appointment. We then received a RFE because they wanted us to send in the IRS issued transcript for the co-sponsor so I sent it in within a couple weeks.

Now, we haven't gotten anything. Not a notice of the EAD being in production or anything. Would the be a reason the RFE would hold off the EAD even though the evidence was for the AOS?

We are getting really worried here. Any thoughts? Or are we just being too impatient?

I don't see any reason to be worried. You are within reasonable timeline. I got my EAD 1 week before my interview. Looking at your timeline, you should be getting your interview letter within the next week or so and EAD within the next 3 weeks.

AOS Timeline from F1

Sent AOS on April 17

Received and signed on April 19

Got 3 NOAs April 26

Biometrics Appointment Letter received May 1 - dated May 26

Walk-in biometrics rejected May 12

Biometrics Appointment May 26

Interview letter received June 11 - for July 19 APPROVED

EAD Received July 9

GC RECEIVED August 2

The RFE put everything on hold. I'd assume that the clock started re-ticking about a week or two after they received the RFE materials you sent.I wouldn't worry but based on our timeline you should have received the EAD by now. I'd give it max until end of Oct and then call them or do an InfoPass appt.
