My mother is a permenant resident...she's trying to petition for her children. How long does it take to file for her children? Ages 25-33. I am an US citizen, will it be okay for me to do or my mother? Please advise

it depends from what country are you from? your mother can only file for single children, so if your siblings are married, she can't but you can.

How long is the period of waiting depends from which country you are from.

please let us know.

it would be the first column. all other chargeability. it means all other countries not mentioned. the category for your siblings over 21 is 2B, they are in 2005, so it would be over 5 years, and they have to stay unmarried.
