Does this mean we won't have an interview?

I got this message from USCIS today:

Have we been sent to CSC or what is happening?? Please anyone help!

Well, when it says written... I'd imagine they would either send you a written notice of an interview, or they'd just do a non-interview approval. If it was sent to california it would tell you that it was sent there. It seems like you recieved an RFE and they are letting you know they recieved it.

That is their reply to receiving your RFE info, unfortunately not a transfer to CSC.

I thought the same thing and got excited. Unfortunately, the written decision just means when they send you the welcome letter after your interview. You will know when you have been transferred to CSC because it will just say that... "Your case has been transferred to the california service centre"... good luck!
