The Saints beat the Colts. Yes, it was a great game, historic in fact.

You live in Detroit, right? Hang tough with the Lions. They got robbed of Calvin Johnson's TD in Week 1 against (my beloved) Bears. And Stafford is out with a shoulder injury. But they've got a rookie RB - Jahved Best - who's freaking awesome, could be the next Adrian Peterson, he's that good.

The news was all over my Facebook about the Lions TD robbery. So I did hear about that. Never saw the vid though..

Anyone trial a 3-D television yet?? They are at every electronics store and pretty impressive. You can request the 3D glasses at Best Buy and check it out, I highly recommend it. The prices can go up to $10,000 but you can get an amazing 3D TV for about $2300-$2500.

I tried 2 of them out. 1 was ok (Samsung I believe) and the other was amazing (Sony). It is a football enthusiasts dream. That's what they had playing and I swear on my life I felt like I was on the sidelines at the game......Just sayin'..

Week 3 almost gone, and we're down to this-

Two teams are now 3-0 (Steelers and Chiefs! YES! The Chiefs! 3-0!)

With MNF tomorrow to decide which of the Bears or Packers will join them as undefeated, and which joins the ranks of 2-1

GO BEARS!

And.... Bears take it 20-17, aided immensely by 17 Green Bay penalties. Hester, Peppers, Knox, Olsen, Urlacher, .... looks like we've got ourselves a football team this year.

Only NFC team left at 3-0, the Chicago Bears.

We'll make it 4-0 next week when we crush Eli & the Gints.

The QB (Cutler) made some terrified passes, Peppers' FG block was outstanding and Hester's touchdown! An exciting game to watch.

But when we turn to the Hebrew literature, we do not find such jokes about the donkey. Rather the animal is known for its strength and its loyalty to its master (Genesis 49:14; Numbers 22:30).

You are welcome. Dude's a stud. Do anything ask of him and then some. I would like to say that was the worse move Xanders/McDummy have made but I can't.

As far as Quinn, he'll be worth a 6th or 7th rounder when someone goes down. That whole trade was a power play/####### move.

Wow...

In Cincinnati, Williams is out three to four weeks with a knee sprain after Hillis ran him over. Joseph is day-to-day with a deep forearm bruise -- the result of a tackle attempt Hillis busted through like a bull at a rodeo.

Peyton Hillis Trade Looms Large for Broncos Running Game in Retrospect

10/07/2010 7:59 PM ET By Dennis J. Georgatos

ENGLEWOOD, Colo. -- With the Broncos ground game hurting and going nowhere, Denver's decision in the offseason to trade away running backPeyton Hillis has suddenly become the focus of debate.

Heading into Sunday's game at Baltimore (3-1), the Broncos (2-2) find themselves with an offense on opposite ends of the spectrum, with the league's top-ranked passing attack and a running game that has been the least productive in the NFL a month into the season.

Meanwhile, Hillis, who was sent to Cleveland in exchange for quarterback Brady Quinn, a draft pick and a conditional draft pick last spring, has scored a touchdown in each of the Browns' four games while piling up 322 yards, well above the 220 the Broncos have as a team.

Quarterback Kyle Orton's passing numbers are stratospheric -- he's going for a fourth straight 300-yard passing game and has the second-most yards passing (1,419) after four games in NFL history.

But the running game, basically, has been broken. The team is averaging a league-low 55 yards per game. The team has been behind the eight-ball since the start of training camp, when its top two running backs, Knowshon Moreno (hamstring) and Correll Buckhalter (stinger) were injured in practice and missed virtually all of the preseason.

Injuries, new personnel in the offensive line and a transition to new blocking schemes also have had an impact.

The team went out and signed free agents LenDale White and Justin Fargas but White ended up on injured reserve and Fargas was released. Andre Brown was claimed off waivers after being released by the New York Giants in the last cut before the start of the season and the Broncos traded with New England to acquire Laurence Maroney.

Moreno played in the first two games but injured his other hamstring two weeks ago and does not appear ready yet to return. Brown is still learning the system and his pass protection responsibilities, and Buckhalter and Maroney haven't been all that effective in Moreno's absence. In last week's 26-20 victory at Tennessee, Buckhalter caught the game-winning 6-yard touchdown pass from Orton with 93 seconds left.

But Buckhalter and Maroney combined for only 8 yards rushing. Orton added 11 yards on three scrambles but the 19-yard rushing total was still the lowest by the Broncos in 38 years.

While McDaniels has fretted publicly about the Broncos' offensive imbalance, he made it clear Thursday that he doesn't have any second thoughts about trading away Hillis.

"We've talked a lot about that," McDaniels said. "And again Peyton, he's a good person and a good player and he's in another place right now and whether he would be effective here that would be speculation on our part and everybody else's. I wish him the best, but we've got to focus on what we've got here."

Hillis told the Associated Press that he's happy in Cleveland and added that he doesn't think McDaniels should be catching any flak for making the trade.

"I love being a Cleveland Brown," Hillis said. "Hopefully, he doesn't take too much heat because he's a good coach and he's doing a great job for that organization."

Now, all McDaniels has to do to put the second guessing from critics to rest is find a way to get the running game going.

He's been real productive and was being very well behaved. I can't see paying him what he's likely wanting though, especially after his childish behavior. He may have a lot of years left in him, but I wouldn't bet the bank on it.

His behavior was childish. He scored 50 TD's in 52 games while he was here. His onfield presence will be sorely missed. I bet Tom Brady wants to cry. But as is the norm today, it's all about the money. I wish him well, he's an exciting player to watch. Maybe the second best receiver in NFL history. And if he had his head on straight from the beginning, he'd be much closer to Rice.
