Carson Palmer is even better. It's a shame that he's being wasted there.

He's always had great ability, it's his extra curricular activities that were the problem. Two DUI's in a month? What i've read though is that he has cleaned up his act and is doing well in Cincinnati. Why can't the rest of the team do the same?

He is a prima donna, and his only value is as a decoy receiver. I'm glad the Bears passed him up.

I wish he'd come back to NE. He was outstanding to watch. The second best receiver in NFL history, and could have been the best if he had his head on straight. The man is drenched with natural ability.

I used to think the Raiders franchise was in disarray. The Bungles make the Raiders look like a model organization. Seriously, how do you get that much talent in one place and still manage to suck as$?

As evidenced by the recent Wade Phillips/Jerry Jones interaction... it just doesn't work when TWO men try to run the team. You could argue Jimmy Johnson MADE it work, but I'd say that was more of a steamroller line in combination with a whole bunch of all-stars that happened to work out. Who knows though, maybe the Bengals steamroller line will start working soon.

I've never drank the Carson kool-aid. In fact, I wish we would've kept Kitna. I can only imagine what he'd be doing with these future hall of famers.

Ced's stayed out of trouble and so has most of the rest of the team. We had like 9 dudes get arrested a season or two ago. It was horrible. But, like all else in Cincinnati, you don't actually have to be good.... you just have to be "not bad."

We're happy when we're mediocre. If we're above 500, it's OK. It's like staying out of jail. As long as we don't go BACK to jail, we're good.

Bears had their best game this season. For a 6-3 team tied for 1st place in NFC North, this was the only win this year that actually looked like a playoff contending team. Attaboy Bears!

Michael Vick is out of this world. Watching him stand in the pocket and make those throws downfield or alternatively run it himself, is a true joy of football mastery. 3 passing TDs and 2 rushing TDs in the 1st half alone, setting a new all time NFL record. Score 45-14 at halftime for the Eagles over Redskins.

Eagles win 59-28 , that's 87 total points scored in the game.

Michael Vick threw for 333 yards and 4 touchdowns. He also rushed for 80 (!!) yards and 2 (!!) rushing TDs.

Astounding. The comparisons are already being made. Steve Young. Dan Marino.

Vick is rapidly making his way to the list of the Greats.

I'd like to think that once in a while our penal system actually works. It seems like he has learned his lesson and can be a productive member of society on and off the field. He made a stupid mistake, paid his dues and is moving on in life.

What I like to ask every "I'm a Chicago Bears fan" is "who is Lance Briggs?" Surprisingly enough, many "Bears fans" don't know.
