Although Wade Phillips is not the right coach for that team, Jerry Jones has caused more than his share of problems with that team. He is worse than Al Davis, who by the way is looking like a personnel genius these days.

I used to think the Raiders franchise was in disarray. The Bungles make the Raiders look like a model organization. Seriously, how do you get that much talent in one place and still manage to suck as$?
