It is not your business to take away her green card. Report to the USCIS that you are getting divorced. That is all you can do. She will probably not be able to get conditions lifted, but she may be able to do that also since you divorce her. USCIS does not worry about if someone cheats on you, they couldn't possibly care less.

Her whereabouts are none of your concern if you get divorced. Say goodbye and forget it.

Yes, forgot, if she is Cuban, forget it.

You would reallyu have a hard time proving, 4 months in, that it was visa fraud and you were no aware of it.

People get divorced, their ex-wives live in the same country, same state, same city, maybe in the same apartment building. So what? If you married a girl from another state and she cheated on you, would you try to get her deported back to her home state? It isn't an issue for you.

Maybe you got scammed, sorry for that, but it sounds as if you had some indications and went ahead with getting her a green card. It happens. Sucks, but it happens. maybe she will just decide to stay in Europe.

Hi,

I married my wife under a K1 visa. Unfortunately things did not go as planned because I found out she had been cheating on me the whole time and all she was after was the visa. After 4 months of trying to "make it work" I realized she had not stopped contacting the man she cheated on me with. So to make story short I kicked her out of the apartment and she went to live with her family. As of now she's not in the states, she left to visit that guy in Europe. My question is, what are the chances of me getting her conditional green card taken away?

I have compiled as much proof as possible of her cheating ways and also the fact that she's not in the states at the moment. I have an appointment this coming Thursday at the inmigration service center here in Texas, please let me know all you can to help me.

Thank you in advanced

File for divorce, she can not get the condition removed on her own. She will be forced to leave this country. Its too bad your marriage did not work out. All that effort and money to get her here is all just waste.

Unfortunately, as a Cuban, Cuba DOES NOT accept their own people back if they are deported. One of the very few countries that does this. There are a few more as well, i cant remember.

Remember the Mariel boat?...that should be enough said for you to know.

Read the book "the deporter" by Ames Holbrook, a good part of the book is him explaining how he used to "catch and release" Cubans all the time because they are not deportable, all they have to do, even if they are serious criminals, is report every so often...then you'll understand WHY.

Just hope that she stays on in Europe with this guy then. Less stress in your life.
