Well i dont trust the guy whos working on my i130 work paper!!!

for a sponcer he said i need someone who has at least 45k!!!

Im very confused and he doesnt answer any of my questions!!

I saw domething that says must meet the 125%??(what does it mean?)

so What are the requirements !!!!!

I have a co sponcer with 3 kids he makes 34k is that ok!!!

Immigration poverty guidelines

You must make 125% of the poverty guidelines. Your sponcers house hold is how many people? that total number plus the intending immigrant if it is 6 then you must meet the poverty guideline 125% for a house hold of 6 people.
