Was I supposed to send the original G-325A's docs or the copies?

In June, I sent in our K1 package. Hmmm, was I supposed to send the original G-325A documents or will the copies be accepted? I sent the G325A copies for me and my Fiancee. My case has not reached the processing stage, so I can send the originals without incurring any delay and have them included in our K1 petition. Let me hear from you.

Did you sign each one with an original signature? Was it obvious they were copies?

Do not send originals to CSC if they don't request them. It would only cause great confusion.

They are XEROX copies of the originals which are signed and dated.

You needed to send the originals.... original signatures on all 4 pages for each of you. You will receive an RFE. Don't bother trying to send them now... they'll never 'catch up' with your case. Have not seen anyone be successful with sending 'follow up' documents unless they are specifically requested.

Maybe they won't even notice that they are copies if they were good quality - you never know.
