additonal documnts after interview in manila

my finace was interviewed aug 27, my fiance had problems with his birth certificate before, one letter from his name was missing, that was fixed already by the lawyer and a letter was presented to the CO. Little that we know that his old name will be considered to be his old name AKA. Now the CO requested for NBI clearance and certificate of singleness of his old name. He took care of them. He went to NSO for the certificate of no marriage and he was told that USEM pick up documents from them every friday. On Sept 1, my fiance went to USEM and submitted his NBI and they took his passport, he was told that the CO needs to review his documents again. My question is how long CO's take to review a case? Is there a chance he'll get denied or get a visa? WE are both so worried. Hope someone can give us info...thanks

your visa would be mail soon in the place where she live.but.it delay.,,i remember to my friend who they same problem of your fiance that embasssy in manila ask again a misspelled word in her name a singleness of cenomar and NBI with aka...she wait one weeks to two weeks waiting her visa after she submit the documents ask by the embassy in manila........
