We had our interview today -- after nearly 3 hours in the waiting room and nearly losing my will to live we got called in. The officer was nice but a little scatty - when I showed him my id he noted it had a different address on it than all my immigration forms (I never updated it after I moved which was before we applied for K-1 - my bad).

He then started going through our paperwork and asking the usual questions -- he kept on calling me by my middle name, he had the wrong birthdate for my husband written down in his notes, he asked where papers were that had been supplied with the AOS and when I protested that they had been sent he found them. He then said "you were born in Texas, yes" -- ummm, I was born in Michigan, my mother was born in Texas.

He then told me that I hadn't submitted my G-325a with AOS -- he pulled up the version submitted with my K visa. I had a copy of the form I submitted with AOS and handed it over to him. He made us both sign and date the copy with today's date. So I think that was okay

He then told us he would mail our decision -- he then shook our hands and said congratulations.

That sounds like an approval but I have a really bad feeling all these little snafus are going to add up to some kind of a problem later.
