Hello all;

I have a question. What is the correct adress for my husband to send out the 1-130. There is some confusion on this. I am Canadian, he is in Missouri. Is this the correct adress:

USCIS

P.O. Box 804625

Chicago,IL.60680-4107

Also, when do I use the police certificate? Do I need to include this in contents of the 1-130? Last question do I photo-copy my long form birth certificate and include this in the 1-130?

Thanks !!

Marie

Moving to the CR-1 forum from the Regional forum as OP will get more responses in the immigration specific forum

“...Isn't it splendid to think of all the things there are to find out about? It just makes me feel glad to be alive--it's such an interesting world. It wouldn't be half so interesting if we knew all about everything, would it? There'd be no scope for imagination then, would there?”
