September 2010 filers

6 months and waiting......! Any VSC Sept filers waiting or approved?

Just looked on Igor's List here: http://www.visajourney.com/timeline/monthly_filers.php?visa=3&form=2&scenter=2&option=2&sortby=2 There seems to be 5 IR-1/CR-1 cases left at VSC with NOA1 dates in September. One of them is you and then there are 4 others. I looked at their profile pages and two of them haven't logged in since November (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/95115-annamaxi/) and September (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/91412-ervj/). The third one logged in last at the end of February and still hadn't received their NOA2 at that time (http://www.visajourney.com/forums/user/100144-suse2010/).

Have you tried contacting USCIS and putting in a service request? You're way over the estimated time frame.

Not sure. Call USCIS and follow the prompts if there are any or speak to an operator and then explain your situation and ask for one.

Next thing am gonna do is write to local congress rep.

I-130 & I-129F approved today. Contacted Senator last week and case approved within one week. Thank you Senator Gillibrand.
