huhu not yet im not very good at the waiting game... wish ours could have been sent to VSC or maybe CSC will start processing faster it would be so nice. sigh guess gotta be patient

Looks like CSC has started processing I-130 for Sept. My sister's PD is Sept 27th.

:dance:Good news from last night, daughter's RFE has been approved and we are off to NVC, lets hope they fast track it and she can catch up with my interview on the 21st March. NVC actually rocks and you do feel alot more in control!

My I-130 was approved yesterday(Feb 4th, 2011). I am SOOOOOOOO HAPPY! And BTW, it was at the Vermont Service Center. Good luck to all!

still waiting, sent off an email to my congressman even though my noa1 date was sept 16 as im just tired of waiting.

My case has only been "touched" once in October and then nothing is that normal? My NOA1 date is Sept 9th

If your case is not touched at all, it doesn't mean anything. I got ZERO touches from my NOA1 date of Sept 2nd and I still got approved despite that.

so true! I had ZERO touches as well not an email or a text, only a surprise waiting for me in the mail box when i came home from work..

so true! I had ZERO touches as well not an email or a text, only a surprise waiting for me in the mail box when i came home from work..

Yeah, it sucked not getting any touches, but I knew it didn't make a difference. I did get a text and my husband got the email when we did get approved.
