got a text from CSC today, RFE is in the mail. I was hoping for an approval, at least the file is being worked on. I sent in all the documents not sure what the RFE could be for

You mean travel on the visa waiver? You can do it, just be honest at the POE and have a round trip ticket already. Many will say no dont do it , they wont let you in , blah blah blah. But you know what, its not illegal to do that and as long as you declare your intention and dont lie, the customs agent will almost certainly let you in. If they ask you if you have a pending case, say yes. Because he or she probably already knows you do and is testing you. Just dont lie, have a good reason for needing to come in now, and declare you intend to return home to finish the immigration process and have your roundtrip ticket. I would do it if I had to.

As soon as you get your NVC case number, follow the instructions here: http://www.visajourn...il_DS-3032_form You don't need to email the DS-3032 form, but can use the template on that link.

Does anyone know if we can get approval letters or texts of NOA2 on a weekends or is it just on weekdays?

Just got the RFE in mail. I'm not exactly sure how do i need to provide it, should I fill in the missing information on the form and reprint the entire form and send it in or just type it up on a blank paper and send it in

RFE:

FUTURE PROCESSING: The petitioner did not indicate where the beneficiary will be processed. If he/she will be applying for their immigrant visa abroad. indicate the specific consulate or embassy. if he/she is(or will be) in the U.S and will be adjusting their status here, please indicate such.

So happy just found out that my case was completed on 1/31. I really hope the interview date comes sooner vs later. Any other September filets with interview dates yet?
