Question 38. Have you ever been refused admission to the US, or....

My fiancee did get refused on a student visa last year. Is that the same as being refused admission or is that just at a port of entry?

I've asked before, but Question 31. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa? I think we have to put yes here and put in her student visa...I was told this shouldn't affect the K-1, but it looks like a question they could give us flak about.

The only reason was that she had a very good job now, so she didn't need an MBA.

Any ideas how we should answer the two questions?

Do we put true here since she was refused a visa or is this only for port of entry refusals?

Question 31. Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa? I am thinking this is a yes.
