POE in SFO(San Francisco Int. Airport)

I'll be having my flight 2 weeks from now and my POE in the US is @ San Francisco...just wanna hear some experiences like what to do, where to go first and how it goes with the Immigration and Customs...thanks in advance..have a blessed day!!

I'm not at that stage in my journey yet but just for some reassurance I wanted to tell you that I'm originally from the San Francisco Bay Area so I've flown in and out of SFO many times, as has my foreign fiance. He's never had a problem coming through immigration there, all the people are usually extremely friendly (as is common in CA) and the airport is very nice. Especially the international terminal.
