Ich hab grad wieder da angerufen und die hat nur gemeint, dass 3 Monate im Moment Standardbearbeitungszeit für's EAD sind und ich mich deswegen noch a weng gedulden soll. Schau ma mal...

Susi, die Bearbeitungszeiten fuer die EAD liegen eigentlich seit Monaten relativ konstant bei 2 Monaten (+/- ein paar Tage), also liegt Sofasonics und du im ganz normalen Zeitrahmen. Ich schaetze mal ganz vorsichtig, dass du deine EAD innerhalb der naechsten zwei Wochen genehmigt bekommst. smile.png

Ja, ich weiß doch, dass alles noch im Rahmen ist…bin nur bissl genervt, weil so viele Leute, die die Unterlagen zur gleichen Zeit eingeschickt haben wie ich und teilweise auch RFEs bekommen haben, ihre Anträge halt schon genehmigt bekommen haben. Ich glaub ich bin einfach von meiner Erfahrung mit dem K-1 Antrag und allem vorgeschädigt und mach mir deswegen zu viele Gedanken wink.png

Wann kassiert die USCIS meine Check? Weiss jemand? ich habe meine AOS unterlagen am 03 September geschickt.

Das wird wahrscheinlich noch ein paar Tage dauern. Ich hab meine Unterlagen glaub am 8.7. oder so losgeschickt, die sind da laut Case Status am 11.7. angekommen, die NOAs sind auf 15.7. datiert und meinen Check haben die am 16.7. kassiert.

oh man..echt jetzt?? ..SORRY aber ich halt den Scheiss jetzt echt langsam nicht mehr aus..warum muss STÄNDIG was an den Forms und allem möglichen Sachen geändert werden?! kein Wunder, dass sich die Leute von USCIS und alle, die was mit dem Visum zu tun haben selber nicht mehr auskennen..ist ja auch echt keine Kunst, den Durchblick irgendwann mal völlig zu verlieren!!! blink.png

Davon hab ich nichts gehört.

Bin mal auf die Homepage der Botschaft gegangen (http://german.germany.usembassy.gov/visa/iv/schritt5/#kvisa) und mir die aktuellste Checkliste angeschaut.

Da fehlt das Dokument DS-230 komplett (auf meiner Version steht es noch mit drauf) und daran würde ich mich halten, das sind die offiziellen Anweisungen der Botschaft

Hast du mal dem Konsulat in Frankfurt eine E-Mail geschrieben und nachgefragt, was sie haben wollen? Das habe ich immer gemacht, wenn ich unsicher war. Die haben auch immer ganz schnell geantwortet.

Stimmt, ans Konsulat schreiben ist bei so Sachen immer ne gute Idee. Und die reagieren eigentlich echt relativ zügig.

Jetzt ich wollte fragen ob jemand kann ein gutes, günstiges pension oder hotel empfelen?

I am the USC, my husband is German.

I resided in Germany from July 2008-October 2013.

I have two stepsons who are staying in Germany.

Our son was born 3/3/2012 and our daughter was born 4/4/2015.

DCF STARTED!MAY 14, 2013: I-130 Petition sent to Frankfurt as registered mail w/ return receipt!

MAY 15, 2013: Mail signed for in Frankfurt. NOA1

MAY 21, 2013: Return receipt came back in the mail.

MAY 25, 2013: $420 Petition fee was charged to our credit card.

MAY 25, 2013: NOA1 paperwork received in the mail.

JULY 12, 2013: NOA2 received.

JULY 13, 2013: NOA2 sent back.

AUG 15, 2013: Packet 3 sent in.

AUG 30, 2013: Husband's medical in Berlin.

SEPT 12, 2013: Received letter with husband's interview date!

SEPT 19, 2013: INTERVIEW. APPROVED!!

SEPT 21, 2013: Visa received.

OCT 5, 2013: POE in Newark, NJ (layover).

DEC 17, 2013: SSN Card finally arrived!

DEC 19, 2013: Husband (beneficiary) got his first job in the USA! And he loves it!

Jetzt ich wollte fragen ob jemand kann ein gutes, günstiges pension oder hotel empfelen?

Ich war in der Villa Arena am Wasserpark, knapp 10 Gehminuten vom Konsulat entfernt. Hat so um die 60-70 Euro fuer ein Doppelzimmer gekostet.

Guten Morgen nach Deutschland (ich bin ja gerade in den USA bei meinem Schatz und hab mich deshalb nicht mehr blicken lassen) :-)
