heute endlich hat NVC unsere Akte losgeschickt....was für ein "Zufall"!

Weil wir heute am Telefon endlich mal durchkamen und nachgefragt haben, warum das so lange dauert. "Wir haben gute Neuigkeiten, HEUTE haben wir die Unterlagen nach Frankfurt verschickt" haben sie gesagt...gedacht haben sie wohl "oops, stimmt, das liegt ja schon etwas länger sinnlos hier rum". no0pb.gif

Naja, immerhin nicht verloren gegangen und es geht jetzt weiter!

Na endlich, wurde aber auch Zeit!!

Wie lange dauert es bis ich eine Termin bekomme? Ich habe as einreise Datum 17 Juli geschrieben weil es ist für uns eine besondere datum

Schau einfach mal in unsere Signaturen, da steht drin wie lange es zwischen Pack 3 und Pack 4 gedauert hat

kann jemand hier was dazu sagen bitte?

Unsere Petition war am 14.05 geschickt und um 15.03 bei der Consulate schon unterschrieben. wir haben immer noch kein antworten bekommen. letzte woche ich habe ein e-mail nach der consulate geschickt und das ist der antworten:

also wirklich. ich verstehe das es dauert ein bischen. 3-4 wochen habe ich gerechnet. aber mehr?! sad.png

Ich weiß nicht wie lang die durchschnittliche Bearbeitungszeit (das bedeutet die Zeit bis es sich endlich mal jemand anschaut, nicht wie lange die dran arbeiten) in eurer Kategorie ist, aber nach meiner Erfahrung darf man sich da nicht zu sehr darauf einstellen. Allerdings kann ich mir schon vorstellen, dass das bis zu 90 Tage dauern kann. Aber nachdem eure Unterlagen danach wenigsten nicht irgendwo in der Weltgeschichte rumgeschickt werden, denk ich mal, dass es ziemlich schnell geht, wenn die Petition bearbeitet wurde.

Hat jemand sein Packet zum Konsulat mit Deutsche Post Einschreiben versendet? Wir haben es am Freitag weggeschickt und es steht immernoch da, dass es versendet wird, das ist der gleiche Status wie am ersten Tag. Updaten die das nur nicht oder woran liegts? Ich hoffe deren Sendungsverfolgung hinkt nur hinterher.

ja, ich hab's auch mit Einschreiben verschickt. da hat sich auch lange nix getan. hatte es donnerstags weggeschickt und montags war es dort.

Status update kam aber erst Dienstag morgens

Dec 6, 2011: We met online

Jan 4, 2012: We became a couple

March 30, 2012: Met in person

October 5, 2012: We got engaged & NOA1 date

April 10, 2013: NOA 2

April 24, 2013: Email with FRN case number received, petition is on its way to Frankfurt

April 30, 2013: Medical in Frankfurt completed

May 3, 2013: Packet 3 received

May 23, 2013: Packet 3 sent back

June 4, 2013: Packet 4 received

June 11, 2013: Interview ->approved

June 17, 2013: Visa in hand!

July 3, 2013: POE

July 17, 2013: WEDDING <3MARRIED TO MY HERO, MY SOLDIER, MY EVERYTHING :)

Nov 12, 2013: Filed AOS (+EAD&AP)

Nov 18, 2013: NOA1

Das is normal, Einschreiben ist der letze Sch***, hat bei mir noch nie richtig funktioniert.

Die Sendungsverfolgung hat erst nach 10 Tagen "zugestellt" angezeigt, da hatte das konsulat schon lange das Paket!

Nun warte ich immer noch auf mein Visa :(

So, ich bin im Lande!

POE Detroit war super easy. Bin um 12:00 Ortszeit gelandet, keine Schlange und nach 5 Minuten war ich durch und konnte mein Gepäck abholen!!

Ich sehe jetzt wieder auf google maps wo kann ich parken an Konsulat. Es gibt kein Parkhaus oder Parkplätze da? Mein Termin ist um 9 aber ich werde von 7 da sein weil ich habe Angst von verkehr und das Navi ist doof
