Hallo!

macht jemand noch in moment eine DCF? Wir schicken unsere I-130 Petition, glaube, morgen. Wir mussen nur erst diese "International Bank Draft" machen. Hoffentlich unsere Bank kann das machen. (Wir sind bei Sparkasse.)

wäre schon wenn wir noch jemand findet das macht das auch.

Ich kenn mich damit leider gar nicht aus :-/ Meinst du vielleicht eine internationale Einzugsermächtigung? Oder eine internationale Überweisung?

Wir müssen diese I-130 bezahlen. Auf den I-130 checklist, steht drauf:

Attach a FILING FEE of $420.00 for each petition

. The $420.00 fee must be a US Dollar’s cashier’s check, US Dollar money order, international bank draft made payable to the US Citizenship &Immigration Services, Visa or MasterCard
. DO NOT MAIL CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS
. If you are filing the petition in person, cash in US dollars or Euros equivalent may be used.

Wir wohnen in Deutschland (Dresden) und wir können kein cahier's check oder money order machen. Wir haben das geld auf unsere bankkonto und haben gedacht wir können diese international bank draft machen. Wir haben aber heute nach unsere Sparkasse gefahren, und gefragt für eine bankscheck. (NICHT ein personal check.) Und wir haben rausgefunden das wir müssen erst 100€ bezahlen für das! blöd..

wir haben kein zeit nächste woche nach Frankfurt zu fahren (und bargeld zu bezahlen), also jetzt müssen wir mit credit card bazahlen. das dauert aber auch 2-3 werktage jetzt, weil meinem mann muss erst geld auf der prepaid karte haben! ughhhh.

also, schauts aus wie wir schicken das I-130 pakett NÄCHSTE woche.

Die Bank verlangt 100 Euro für einen Auslandsscheck? Ist ja krass. Eine Auslandsüberweisung kostet nicht so viel.

Die machen es uns allen echt nicht leicht :-/

April 10, 2013: NOA 2

April 24, 2013: Email with FRN case number received, petition is on its way to Frankfurt

April 30, 2013: Medical in Frankfurt completed

May 3, 2013: Packet 3 received

May 23, 2013: Packet 3 sent back

June 4, 2013: Packet 4 received

June 11, 2013: Interview ->approved

June 17, 2013: Visa in hand!

Bei mir haben sie immer am gleichen oder am nächsten Tag zurückgeschrieben. Einmal hatte ich sogar innerhalb von 30 Minuten eine Antwort; das war echt fix.

Ich hab denen am Mittwoch'ne Email geschickt, aber da is bis jetzt noch nix zurückgekommen :-/

Davor hat's aber auch nur so 2 Tage gedauert. Vielleicht macht des'nen Unterschied, ob man einfach an USCIS Frankfurt oder an die inquiries Email-Adresse schreibt...

Das kann gut sein. Ich habe immer an die IV-Inquiries geschrieben. Hast du den Namen deines Petitioners, deinen Namen und Eure Case Number in der Mail angegeben?

Das kann gut sein. Ich habe immer an die IV-Inquiries geschrieben. Hast du den Namen deines Petitioners, deinen Namen und Eure Case Number in der Mail angegeben?

Zuletzt hab ich jetzt auch an die inquiries Adress geschrieben. Mein Name und die Case Number stehen in der Email; Petitioner hab ich nicht reingeschrieben, aber davon steht auch auf der Website nix. Naja, werd schon irgendwann von denen hören...
