I think it all depends on position. I wouldnt submit one with the petitioner on their knees. That may look like they are the one in submission. If that is the case, the adjudicator may think that this petition is filed in distress and will reject it.

Ya, and the new IMBRA law requires disclosure of any unusual favorite positions in advance, so I'd watch out for that one too.

I read somewhere that people have to prove they have been together for the last few years and have a continuing relationship when they apply for the fiancee visa. Is it ok to send photos of a sexual encounter because we dont have any other evidence? Or would they refuse such picture? He is on top.
