Are you talking about a name? If so it does matter. You aren't being very clear!

K1 denied, K3/K4, CR-1/CR-2, AOS, ROC, Adoption, US citizenship and dual citizenship

!! ALL PAU!

Assuming this is part of a name, yes it does matter. There was a member on here who was denied for Stephen vs Steven.

Bye: Penguin

Me: Irish/ Swiss citizen, and now naturalised US citizen. Husband: USC; twin babies born Feb 08 in Ireland and a daughter in Feb 2010 in Arkansas who are all joint Irish/ USC. Did DCF (IR1) in 6 weeks via the Dublin, Ireland embassy and now living in Arkansas.

Hey Geet,

It does matter. I'll suggest you get it changed by contacting NVC. It should be the same spelling as in your passport.

Hi,

Well they can create a problem without you talking to them at a later stage too. I would recommend just speaking to them, may be all it will take is you sending out a letter to them stating the error in name and requesting change or they could change it over the phone i don't know, but its just my suggestion, its up to you.

Regarding the DS3032, yes I did send it through email. You'll need to call them and give them your's and your spouse's email id and then after that all correspondence will be through email, AOS fee bills, interview appointment letter etc.
