SMALL TEAR ON ONE OF THE PAPERS ENCLOSED INSIDE THE YELLOW VISA PACKET

I have already received my passport and visa packet yesterday via Air21. The visa packet / envelope is intact and has no tears, but I am worried about the 1cm tear on the first paper inside the visa packet (not the summary page outside). Should I contact the embassy and get a replacement? I have not attempted to open the packet. It was just like that as it arrived.

If some important information might have been distorted or removed by the tear then go back to the consulate. If the corner is torn off like somebody removed a staple, and it's obvious that nothing was written or printed there, then don't worry about it. When the immigration officer removed my wife's papers from the brown envelope there were a lot of papers that looked like they were pretty beat up. It wasn't a problem.
