My Fiance is planning to drop off his requested forms from the check list on Monday September 6. Does anyone know how long it will take after that before he gets an interview? He went for the medical today and will have the sealed medical info in one week?

K1 Visa

Moving from K-1 to Embassy - more related to the OP.

My Advice is usually based on "Worst Case Scenario" and what is written in the rules/laws/instructions. That is the way I roll... -Protect your Status - file before your I-94 expires.

First I just want to understand clearly...you said he went to drop off the check list to the Haiti Messanger and will return for the medical next week? The Haiti messager will not accept partial information. Without the medical they will not take the documents. Once you have the medical results you have to bring it with all the requested documents to the Haiti messager then they will tell you to return the following week for your interview date which should be aproximately two weeks.
