Well, after a long double and triple checking , our packet was sent out today, priority mail with signature confirmation. Hope they receive it by Tuesday. Meanwhile enjoy the weekend folks.................Will update September Filing soon.

Hi, i have a question...

In filing this does it have to be 90 days prior to the expiration of GC, or you can file it anytime during this 90 days window time?

because my GC expire on dec 11 and immigration letter says need to remove condition sept 11, 2010.

My husband and i are separated, and of course doing all of this cost me too so if it is possible to submit it maybe october or later november.

You have to file within the 90 days window. Any day after Sept 11th but before Dec 11 is what they mean. You might want to get the ball rolling sooner (within window ofcourse)than later because it could take a while. Good luck and keep us posted.

My packet arrived at Vermont Service Center Today. The item was signed for by D RENAUD. Awaiting NOA now.. and clearing of the check....
