As this is a military-related discussion I am moving it from the PI forum to the Military forum. Abusive post violating the TOS has been removed. Further such posts will result in administrative action being taken. Thank you.

I was wondering what was abusive post there?

I'm in this same situation just recieved I-171. Did you need a command sponsorship as well because my passport office is telling me they need that but when I called to SOFA office and asked what they needed all they said was the I-171, passport, and sofa application?

I think it is all you need. I-171, passport and application to fill in, also DEERS enrolment papers if you have your partner in it.

No, you don't have to fly there to pick her up. She can do it on her own. I flew alone. You will have to send her passport with SOFA back to her if it is possible.
