Never Recieved Documentation from DHS

I have seen quite a few posts where petitions have been denied because someone did not respond to requests from DHS. In some cases it is because the petitioner never received the letter in the mail. If this happens this is what you should do.

DO NOT APPEAL !!!! It will just sit there forever.

Get an immigration attorney. One that does NOTHING BUT IMMIGRATION.

If DHS cannot prove that they sent the request ( and they can't because they use regular mail ), then the

attorney can force them to reopen the case.
