I am gathering information for the I864 Affidavit of Support. I am finishing up my degree and I don't make the amount of money to support three people because I only worked part-time while I am in school. So which means I will need a co-sponsor. Now I have two options my uncles. One works full time and the other one is self employed. I would prefer to use my uncle that is self-employed because he makes more money. So what documentation would I need to supply if I use him. Also he is married do I have to get his wife to provide a I864 as well. Any information would be greatly appreciated. The problem with my other uncle is that his job does not write up proof of employment they have a website where things is handle really can't talk to a live person.
