hey everyone and ty for helping us till now but we have a question again so we got noa2 and we call NVC and they give us that number but is not working on the https://egov.uscis.gov/cris/jsps/login.jsp so we are not sure that is the right site but till now with noa1 we use these one......we wanna track our petion and we don t know how.pls help.

Also,

Ours went through so fast at NVC (1 day), it didn't matter.They can use the USCIS EAC recipt number when you call them.

Your NVC case number will look like BCH2010xxxxx and that number is most useful when calling Bucharest Embassy with questions

about the interview, packet 3 , etc.

When did the NVC receive your approved petition? Call the state dept with your EAC receipt number. NVC phone number is here in the forums.

The DOS number is 202-663-1225. Press 1 for Main Menu, then 0 for operator. They can look it up by your USCIS receipt number and give you your new case number as long as the NVC has logged your case in. They can also tell you if/when it was sent to the embassy and give you updates after that.
