We sent in our AOS package, and it included everything except for the medical form. We ahve already received the NOA for the I485 and I-130. Should we sent the medical form to the Chicago lockbox, or wait for an RFE?

if you sent it to the chicago lock box, how will they match it up to your file? They dont even know its missing yet?

RFE contains a paper you send your RFE documents with that matches up your missing documents with your file. If you send it before hand it will get lost, thrown out or dissappear.

Much safer to wait for the RFE and send it in with the paper to the proper address. AOS doesnt stay at chicago either, they move it to your service center so you have no way of knowing where your files are at untill they tell you where to send your missing documents with the RFE letter.
