Depends. Are you here in the US or in Ukraine? Basically your daughter will need all the same forms you do (did) for a visa and adjustment of status...it is "You times 2" That means ALL the same visa applications for the consulate, medical exam, etc. If your visa is (was) a K1, then you need only the one I-129f fiancee petition. If it was a CR-1, then your daughter needsa a separate petition from yopur husband. To answer in full detail, we need...

1. Visas applied for (origianlly, even if you are here)

2, Where you are now (here or Ukraine)

3. When was your visa issued if it is a K-1

4. When did you arrive in the US (if you are here)

Thank you for answer!

We've got married in Ukraine. I am in Ukraine now, we prepare documents for petition now.

Can't understand about daughter...

1. We need to fill form for her I130, I understood.

2. Then G-325A, for daughter - needs or no?

3. Affidavit of Support - this is for petition or later?

4. We need to send her picture? How much?

P.S. Как я понимаю вы говорите по-русски, но в целях привлечь большую аудиторию, пишу на англ.:)

1. We need to fill form for her I130, I understood. Yes I-130 is required for her

2. Then G-325A, for daughter - needs or no? May not be needed, but filling out wouldn't hurt. If they don't need it will be trashed.

3. Affidavit of Support - this is for petition or later? Later at NVC stage

4. We need to send her picture? How much? Include one passport style photo of her with G-325A.

A child and you are the mother: Submit a copy of the child's birth certificate showing your name and the name of your child

A child and you are the father: Submit a copy of the child's birth certificate showing both parents' names and your marriage certificate.

yup - if usc spouse not file any paperwork on you, yet,

then it makes much sense to file TWO I-130 petitions, NOW, one on you, one on the child.

Submit at same time, cases are 'joined together' from start to interview day.

Now - the other silly bits - is the USC spouse a legal resident in the Ukraine? If so, can file to the Embassy in Kiev -

and if not a legal resident in the Ukraine, will file both to the Chicago lockbox address.

We've some excellent GUIDES here, look up at the top of this screen, click the word 'Guides' and GO FORTH ..

Good Luck !

1. Yes, she needs a separate I-130

2. Yes, she needs a separate G-325, passport photo and pay all fees, exactly the same as you

3. Since you will be using the I-864 affidavit and I prseume she will immigrate at the same time as you, then she will NOT need a seprate I-864. she will be listed on the same one as you BUT you will attach a copy of it to her forms.

If he is in the U.S now, you won't qualify for DCF.

Soba,

Minor step child is treated as regular child. Your option is 4.Child
