This is what your timeline states :

Based on timeline data, your I129f may be adjudicated as early as August 31, 2006* (this includes an estimated 10 day delay for your RFE).

If this date has passed by more than 10 days or your application is past due per USCIS processing times then you should consider calling the USCIS to inquire on your petition. If you have been approved please update your timeline.

Thank you, but I am not the only one. I know of others that are prior to the 13th also. If I recall one is 7/6. Prayers to all of us. I just would be hesitant to make any assumptions on the approval process.

You were at least being touched. I would hope that is a good sign. I have no idea what the holdup is. Yes I agree it is a HUGE hirtle to be past. As soon as I hear 'approved' I will feel so much better. Plus I will feel free to make plans to use the rest of my vacation to go visit her.....I miss her.

Good luck.

Faal.

I have no idea. I received that message too. When I got it I thought 'wow, maybe this will not be so bad'..hmm, that was then, this is now. I really do not understand the process and the lady in the congresswomans office is trying for an update for me. Unfortunately todays update was that my case was forwarded to the CSC. I just hope the next one is better but I am sure it will be that I need to allow 60day before I should expect an update (aka 9/11).

As for fresh air. Yea, I feel like I am sufficating. My job, sleep, and stress level are highly affected. Luckily, even though this is so hard, the love we share is not hurt by it. I occasionally get asked to 'promise I will not leave' or have to comfort her, but that is easy. Shes my baby forever. This has not caused fights, disagreements, or us to take any issues out one one another. Instead we comfort one another or inspire all we can. Yea, we are hurt, and will be until the USCIC has mercy on us. Till then, faith, love, and I gotta say some sarcasm are the key.

Take care and god bless all us that are in the lost abyss.

Unfortunately, it is impossible to understand the timeframe. One thing we have learned, especially since IMBRA, is there is no rhyme or reason. There is no processing order - not NOA1 date, not RFE return date. There is no explanation. There is no logic. The email regarding "preliminary processing" meant nothing.

Sorry :(
