After calling and cheking the NVC website alsmost everyday. Finally to my surprise my case was completed on 8-30-10. I just need to be patient and wait for interview date in CDJ...

Thanks to the guides and all the information from this site I was able to speed the MEP process...

Just wanted to post my thanks...

March 23, 2010 I-130 sent to USCIS

April 12, 2010 NOA-1 Received

July 23, 2010 check USCIS website and found out NOA2 was sent

July 26, did not waited for NVC Case assignment (USE NOA RCP#), Wife emails NVC per VJ GUIDE for Choice of Agent

July 30, NVC responded Petitioner is now agent

August 2, 2010 Email NVC OPTIN since case is MEP

August 2, 2010 also paid AOS AND IV Bill

August 6, 2010 received email from NVC that I’m now full EP

August 9, 2010 email AOS & DS-230

August 17, 2010 receive email check list (forgot to email Passport Photos) LOL

August 17, 2010 email PP with check list (wait again)

August 30, 2010 Case Complete.

??-??-?? INTERVIEW DATE!!!…

Ya know, you can find the answer to your question with the advanced search tool, when using a PC? Ditch the handphone, come back later on a PC, and try again.

Finally the wait is over received email from NVC - appointment schedule 10-21-10... SWEEET!!!

Good things.. !!! my case was completed on 9/13/10 & awaiting the interview to be scheduled.

Current cut off date F2A - Current 

Brother's Journey (F2A) - PD Dec 30, 2010


Dec 30 2010 - Notice of Action 1 (NOA1)
May 12 2011 - Notice of Action 2 (NOA2)
May 23 2011 - NVC case # Assigned
Nov 17 2011 - COA / I-864 received
Nov 18 2011 - Sent COA
Apr 30 2012 - Pay AOS fee
Oct 15 2012 - Pay IV fee
Oct 25 2012 - Sent AOS/IV Package
Oct 29 2012 - Pkg Delivered
Dec 24 2012 - Case Complete
May 17 2013 - Interview-Approved

July 19 2013 - Enter the USA
