Visa Delivery

Does anyone know when or how often Air-21 picks up the approved visas to be delivered ? I checked there site with our tracking number and it says waiting for pick up 8/27

Don't know when they pick up, sorry. However would you know how much AIR21 charges to deliver visas?

Air21 will pick up anything that USEM will have for them daily....holidays excepted (thats how they make money!).

Sounds like USEM has alerted Air21 of the pick up but have not given the visa to them yet.

Call the USEM and tell them what you see and ask if there is a problem.

There could be many explainations why Air21 has not received it yet.

As it was on a Friday (27th) it could be anything.

Maybe it was entered into the system by the USEM officer and he left the visa laying on his desk and now he is on vacation.....or maybe he placed it in the "in" box instead of the "out" box!

Be thankful if it is something that foolish!

Definitely give them a call....you will find out if there is a problem....or you will alert them to look around!

Ours came within 5 working days from the date of our interview. Yours should be there real soon if you live within Metro Manila...up to 10 business days if outside Metro Manila. Hang in there!
