My GC expires on 6th dec 2010.

All of my documents are ready to be submitt.

when is the right date that I can send all the paper work.

We prepare cover letter and I-751 and put the date sept 6, 2010 and sign in it. I think in sept 6 it will be 91 days. is it ok to put the date sept 6 in the forms or I need to prepare other forms.

I dont want the USCIS to send the form back to me becasue of small mistake.

just 2 question

is sept 6 all right to put the date in the form and sign it and

when is the right date I can mail it.

First date that you can submit is Sept 7th 2010. It is fine if you sign Sept 6th on the forms and send them out on the 7th. Actually they will accept it even if the get in on the 7th, but just date the forms for the 6th and send them out on the 7th.

this is the part where I am unsure about, and I would play it safe. The way I look at it, I'd rather mail it in late than send it in early and get it mailed back (which would delay it 2 weeks or so).

I would date it within th proper time frame. Even if they receive after Sept 7, having the form dated Sept 6 may be confusing. Play it safe.
