Hi guys,

I also mailed my I-751 package to Vermont Service Center, which they received on Aug 30 3:05pm.

I am very happy to join!! However, I didn't receive the notice letter, and my check didn't get cashed either as of today.....

PRASHP1, VIVABAÑOS: Could you please let me know which date the check you guys sent for the application fee get cashed?

I am getting so worried now..... do you guys think this delay is due to the fact that I filed 8 days earlier than the 90 days window? (MY GC expired on 12/08/2010, and I filed on 8/30/2010)

Hi leafyma, welcome to VJ!!

If VSC received your package on 8/30, I guess your NOA date will be 8/30 or 8/31.

So, maybe you'd better join August filers...? (On this list, "Date of I-751" = Sent date)

Hi Leafyma. If you applied 8 days before ur 90 day window, the package would be returned to you. Btw y did u apply before???

Here is example... July filer happyinlove012408 sent early and got back package. USCIS is very strict about filling date and if you send even 1 day earlier, they send it back to you...!

:( I did send it out before the actual 90 days and yes they did return it today :lol::bonk:

I totally was busy with a lot of things this month and end of last month I didn't realize that it was outside the 90 day window until yesterday :wow:

10/07/2010 - Called Customer Service to open a service request for ASC appointment

10/25/2010 - Received Service request response - will send notice when appointment available

10/25/2010 - CSC mailed ASC fingerprinting Appointment letter

10/27/2010 - Received ASC fingerprinting Appointment letter

11/02/2010 - Early Biometrics (Walk-in)

11/19/2010 - Orig. Appointment for Biometrics

01/07/2011 - Card Production Ordered email received

01/11/2011 - Post Decision Activity email received (Approval Notice Mailed)

01/13/2011 - Card Received !!!!!!!!!

You are find then. I thought his GC date is Dec 13(as per your signature) :no:

huh? OHHH!!! Dec 13 was when he received his GC.. that's not when it will expire. He entered the US Nov 30, that is the expiration date of the CR-1.

so far nobody has cashed my check.. sigh!!! oh well... i'm not as excited about this one as the CR-1 2 years ago. 2 years ago, every waking moment is was watching that thing.. but, it's nice to be back to VJ!

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

12/04 : "Green Card" issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

NOVEMBER 30, 2010 : CR1 expires
