hi vjers! got my approval notice too! january 13, 2011 :dance:

1-751 DATE - 9/12/10 sent to California service center

NOA DATE: 9/22/10

BIOMETRICS: 11/14/10

APPROVAL DATE: 01/13/2011

Hello vjer's i received rfe so im trying to gather all evidences especially bills .all my billing statement are all online i addded my husband name under my bills. Do they accept e-bill i can just print all previous bills with my husbands name on it.

Wow a RFE thats too bad. We sent print offs of e-bills and were accepted. Copy's of joint credit cards and life insurance too.

I received an email and text again today for the update of my status. Last Jan.13 they ordered my card.

"On January 18, 2011, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this CRI89 PETITION TO REMOVE CONDITIONS OF PERMANENT RESIDENT STATUS RECEIVED. Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service at 1-800-375-5283."

Hopefully everybody follows soon. Island Girl, don't worry about the RFEs, just send them what they need, same thing happened to my coworker, they even had to go for an interview. Good Luck!

Received my new 10 year Green Card today along with the Congratulations letter.:dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: Thank God as I m travelling overseas this Monday, just in time. I have cancelled my Info pass appointment also. Wud say bye for now, meet you for Naturalization process soon........

hi, received my green card on Friday, Jan. 21, 2011!!! looked different from the 2-year one :) the first thing I noticed was the picture - it is black and white, unlike in the 2 year GC which was colored. they also suggest to keep the GC in the small envelope they provided.

hi...

we missed the post man so he put a small note in a mail box which says a letter from VSC with delivery confirmation because there was no one in home to sign and receive it...

so guess what it can be from VSC.... RFE or Green Card approval letter... i am really curious to know... only tomorrow I can go to post office and get the letter.. if its a ordinary letter then he should have drop in the mailbox as I got NOA and bio letter in the mail box..

Any one has any idea or guess what it can be from VSC?

I wonder why our's is taking so long to be deliverd. I received email stating our card was in production on 1/10/11. Then another stating our case of approved on 1/12/11. Does all the Visa come Delivery Certified? Would I need to sign for it still if it's going to my PO Box? Or will it just be delivered?

I called USCIS but they say I have up to 30 days. Anyone waited close to the 30 days mark or had issues of Visa being received to mailbox??

Tash, we received our approval letter back in mid December and didn't get the card until about a month later. I think your card must be on the way because the "card production" email seems to be the one that is a "it's on its way" kind of notice. Hope it arrives soon.

None of the mail we received required a signature. The card does come priority mail, but no signature required.

2007-11-10.....Marriage in Ecuador

2008-01-11.....I-130 Sent

2008-04-28.....I-130 Approved

2008-05-02.....NVC Received

2008-08-20.....Case Complete at NVC

2008-10-14.....Interview--221g, asked to present joint sponsor inspite of NVC approval

2008-11-07.....Visa due to arrive. DHL truck delivering visa was robbed, Consulate required us to present I-864s and DS-230 again, had to get a new passport and other related documents

2008-11-14.....Presented all new documents in person at Consulate, visa printed same day

2008-11-25.....POE Atlanta

2008-12-26.....Green Card and 2nd Welcome Letter arrive

2010-09-02.....Date of NOA ROC 1-751

2010-12-13.....Approval of ROC

2011-01-12.....10 year Permanent Resident card arrived

2011-12-20.....N-400 Application mailed

2011-12-29.....NOA

2012-02-02.....Walk-in biometrics (appt was for 2/16)

2012-04-17.....Interview

2012-05-18.....Naturalization Ceremony
