Well i took my Bio letter along with Green card and I.D. I walked to Security Officer she stamped my letter and told me to filla form and go in. There were hardly 3 to 5 people waiting. I guess they didnt even care. Good Luck with ur Bio letter.

hi adonis1! i found a Gardena CSC field office that is quite far from us but it lets walk-in early bio appointments without no problems. as soon as we get the bio appt letter we will probably head on over there. haven't checked today's mail yet. i see other CSC applicants getting their bio letters ahead of us is kinda discouraging.. oh well...

I-130 Timeline:

5/13 : NOA1

7/21 : NOA2 - APPROVED!!!

NVC Timeline:

7/25 : Case # assigned

9/30 : Case completed!!!! (THANK YOU, LORD!!!)

10/03: Interview date assigned

US Embassy in Manila:

10/30 : Paid Document Verification (just to be on the safe side)

11/12 - 11/13 : Medical at SLEC

11/18: INTERVIEW DATE/MANILA EMBASSY/0630AM - VISA APPROVED!

11/20 : Visa in hand! (that was fast!)

11/30 : Flight to USA!

Life in America:

11/30 : POE:LAX

12/04 : SSN issued - 12/13: card received in the mail

I did my bio at Drummond Rd. I guess u shud do it there. V friendly would easily accommodate u . Not sure if other address does Biometrics. Looks like our time line is the same. Gud Luck!!!!

Thanks Adonis1! I just did my early Biometrics at Drummond Rd today(9/29/2010).

I totally agree with you, there is barely no waiting, and fingerprinting done in less than 10 mins.

We had our biometrics appointment today. I'd read about how it's a quick 10-15 minutes and then you're done.

I think most people have a fast time of this appointment, but ours took about 45 minutes. Actually taking the biometrics info doesn't take long at all, but waiting in the line at our local office did. I know each office is different and the time of day is likely an important factor. Just a little FYI for those of you waiting to do biometrics.

2008-04-28.....I-130 Approved

2008-05-02.....NVC Received

2008-08-20.....Case Complete at NVC

2008-10-14.....Interview--221g, asked to present joint sponsor inspite of NVC approval

2008-11-07.....Visa due to arrive. DHL truck delivering visa was robbed, Consulate required us to present I-864s and DS-230 again, had to get a new passport and other related documents

2008-11-14.....Presented all new documents in person at Consulate, visa printed same day

2008-12-26.....Green Card and 2nd Welcome Letter arrive

10/25/2010 - CSC mailed ASC fingerprinting Appointment letter

10/27/2010 - Received ASC fingerprinting Appointment letter

11/02/2010 - Early Biometrics (Walk-in)

Guess September would be closing on all of us today. Let's wait for approvals now.........

my husband hasn't received it yet either. i just checked the mail. gosh! i'm getting worried. Oct 22 is fast approaching. i better get it before we leave so we can rush to a service center and do an early bio or else we are screwed.

My wife had her biometrics done today (10/1) instead of 10/19. Arrived at the Woodside NY ASC by 9:30AM. The security officer mentioned we were early. We told him we are unable to come on 10/19. No problem. He asked her to fill the form and take it to the lady at the counter. The lady checked her info and gave her a ticket, although the place was almost empty. She was called in immediately. We were out in 10 minutes. Yipee!
