I got a quick question. Does that mean I have no RFE ? or can it still happen ?

NOA1 means they have your Adjustment of Status application and they are ready to review it. They may request for an RFE anytime in the review process, as they see fit.

We got our biometrics letter on Friday...I think...we didn't check the mail that much this weekend. The interview date is set for the 4th of October. So in one week. :) Not too bad there. :) I was thinking we might have to try to squeeze in early but one week is pretty good. Hopefully, that means they'll speed up on issuing the EAD as well. :)

LOL I guess I didn't have to wait much longer. Got the mail this afternoon and found two biometrics appointment letters. Seems my daughter and I have to appear at the Jacksonville, FL ASC for biometrics on October 14, 2010 at 8:00 a.m.

The thing that baffles me though is that our daughter is only 11 years old...I thought kids below 14 didn't need biometrics?

UPDATE: Just learned that all AOS applicants, even those below 14 years old have to undergo biometrics and have their picture taken at the ASC. :)

So far it looks to be about 2 - 2 1/2 weeks before you get your bio appointment letter. At least that's how long it took for us to get ours from our NOA1 point. Might be slow going for your location.
