Hi, My sister inlaw has filed out petion for F$ visa .My priority date is 15Nov 2004. and our visa application was approved by USCIS on 3 Nov 2009.

Date of birth of my son is 1MArch 1992.

I want to know what is the date till which my PD becomes current so that my son will be eligible for visa.

He turns 21 on 1 March 2013. Will he be able to get CPSA if my PD does not become current before 1March 2013?

Hope to get a clear picture and know chances of my Son getting the Greencard with us.

It is a petition for F4 visa.

vidhyanup...Time spent between submission and approval is added as buffer to kids who turn 21. In other words, say it takes USCIS 5 complete years to approve the I-130 from its submission date, the kids will get their GCs unless they cross age 26.In all practicality, your son should be able to get the green card along with your petition. Good Luck

Going forward kindly post all your queries and updates in the below post..Thanks

All F4s
