hay guys!

i have a question to ask!!

my hubby is USC and i'm a canadian

i'm just wondering who's going to be the Agent, Me or my Hubby???

cuz when i have been checked the forum, a lot of people have selected the USC to be an agent

so i just wonder who is going to be the Agent

either yourself, the USC spouse, lawyer or anyone that you wish all the correspondence from the NVC to go to. Many choose the USC as it saves a lot of time with international post when there is vast distances.

Keep in mind, whoever you choose will be the one that receives the bill for the DS-230.
