Hi everyone!!!

I've read in several of the forums as well as in other places that you're not supposed to leave any box in the AOS forms blank and that you should enter "None" or "N/A" accordingly... I have all the boxes of my forms filled with the exception of the A#... Should I write "None" there? Or should I just leave it blank? What did you guys do?

Thanks!

Well I can't answer perfectly because you don't have a timeline or signature so fill in the blanks... but...

If you HAVE an A#, then put it there. You may have one from a student visa or something.

If you don't have one, then put none or N/A.

Just do what it says, don't complicate it :)

AOS for my husband
8/17/10: INTERVIEW DAY (day 123) APPROVED!!

ROC:
5/23/12: Sent out package
2/06/13: APPROVED!

Hi,

I think this is right. Please, anyone more in the know, correct me if i am wrong. If this is AOS from a K1 visa, then your A# should be on your second NOA(notice of action)for your I-129F petition

Thanks for your answer. I am an F-1 student but I don't think I have one, at least none of my papers have something that reads A#...

Thanks for your answer. As I said I'm doing an AOS from a student visa so I don't have an I-129F... Thanks anyway...

Any other experiences? Thanks!

I was an F-1 student and I did not have a A# when I first filed my package. I wrote none on the A# section as I had none. After you begin the process they will issue you an A#. Hope this helps!
