hi hello i dont know if i am posting in correct section but please hear me out. I am sixteen year old jamaican male turning seventeen in october my father naturalized as a us citizen and he wanted me to come live with him and i did, i moved in march of this year, which i think was 2 months after he had place in the form i130. but getting back, the uscis sent us a (RFE) request for evidence and we sent in a letter from my mom. but that wasnt enough, they sent another RFE and we sent in another letter from my mom and some pics of me and my dad. that still wasnt enough and they sent another RFE which they said would be the last time so we responded with a letter from me, a letter from mom again, a certificate that dad had bout teachin a child how to love , a letter i had written him in 08 and i think thats it. but they lied and they sent us another RFE. oh i was born out of wedlock and i got financial and emotional support from father but have no proof and his name on birth certificate

Maybe you guys can do a DNA test and send them the result??? i'm guessing that would be the "Ultimate" proof that he's your biological father.....

11/19/10: Card Production text and email received again for I-765. I-765 Touched

11/23/10: EAD Received

11/29/10: Applied for ID and SS card

12/04/10: SS card and AOS Interview Letter received

01/04/11: AOS Interview..APPROVED!!!

01/13/11: Green Card Received

ROC JOURNEY

10/09/12: ROC Filed

10/12/12: Package delivered to VCS

10/17/12: Check cashed, but no NOA1 yet.

10/20/12: NOA1 hardcopy received. Dated 10/15/12

11/09/12: Biometrics Notice

12/04/12: Biometrics Done

01/04/13: 2yr GC expires

04/26/13: RFE :-(

05/22/13: REF Response Mailed

06/06/13: Text and Email update: Card production ordered!!!

06/10/13: USCIS update about card mailed!

Maybe you guys can do a DNA test and send them the result??? i'm guessing that would be the "Ultimate" proof that he's your biological father.....

Besides the DNA test, were her letters certified and possibly followed by a witness who can verify and get it certified as well.

How did you move to US without the correct visa? If you'll are still getting RFE, this your case has not be completed. You will have to go back to JA, to do your interview if they accept the DNA as evidence. Why are you'll creating problems for yourself before the case has been approved, is beside me.

Again, I don't understand why people like to play Russian roulette with immigration. But it's your life. :bonk::bonk::bonk:

How did you move to US without the correct visa? If you'll are still getting RFE, this your case has not be completed. i cannot go back to jamaica my mother lives in the bahamas as a permanent resident and i cant be sent back by myself. i came over here on visitors visa. cant go back to bahamas student permit expired

i u one lucky kid u got so many RFE AND NO DENIAL AS YET i well suggest for you to talk to a immigration lawyer an make yous lawyer respone to the RFE befor they get tired of sending you rfe an just denial u..

Please beaware that this is not the US immigration problem, BUT you will have to go back to Jamaica for the interview , if one is granted.

Yes I agree that's a personal issue not the master of uscis. Better be greatful the app its still on a pending stratus.. .
