Hi

One of my cousin, family is going to move to US through Family Based Immigration, they are scheduled for Visa interview at US Embassy in Bombay, India next week. They have family of 4, parents and two daughters, the older daughter will cross 21 (her actual age not CSPA age) after 5 days of their interview date.

When they went for pre submission of their documents (as required at Bombay Consulate), they accepted papers of everyone except the older daughter, and told them that “ They can’t accept her papers but that doesn’t mean she will be denied visa or anything , but she has to take her papers directly to the interviewer at the time of interview which will happen in two weeks”

Does any one have any clue what would be happen or has anyone gone through similar experience and granted visa.

Any help from any one will be much appreciated

Thanks
