Can anyone help me my whole packet was return to me!!. My visa will expire Nov. 25, 2010. I submitted August 25, 2010..

It's say reason for returned!!!

"You filed the I-751 prior to the ninety (90) day period before the second anniversary of your date of admission to the United State as a permanent Resident. You may resubmit the petition within 90 days of the expiration date of your Alien Registration Card. Your card registration Card expiration date is 11/25/10.

Can anyone help me with this, really appreciate!!

Wait for another week and resubmit. You submitted 91 days before. (there are 31 days in October)

8/25 was a sunday? Did you submit before 8/25?

August 25, 2010 - November 25, 2010 is actually 92 days so you filed early

Resubmit and it should be fine

It is 90 days before your green card expires and not three months. Your 90 days will be 08/27/2010. If they received it before this date the package will be returned!

What date did you put on the the application? If it was dated before the 25th but sent the 25th they would still return it to you. They say to submit it within the 90 day mark but people usually don't submit it on the exact date because your calculation of the beginning of the 90 period maybe different from USCIC. It's usually wise to wait 5-7 days after the begining of the 90 period before submitting your application so as to avoid it being sent back. Correct me if I'm wrong.

I mailed it on August 25, 2010 my mistake for not mailing it prior. I believed they received it August 26 as it dated on the note. What should I do? I'm re confused now. They returned the whole packet including the check. Should I re do it and also the date?

It arrived too soon. Send it now and you are inside the 90 day window. Same pages, same check.

All my forms are dated August 25 including my check and I also mailed it on that date. I live in California I mailed to P.O. Box 10751 Laguna Niguel, Ca., 92607.

No need - they didn't process it.

If you have submitted it by surface mail or media mail, it would have been fine.

Bottom line.

1. You had mailed it just a tad too early.

2. They received it too soon.

on the bright side, the person who's job it is to open i751 petitions and check for a valid posting date had a great day in an otherwise boring week.

just throwing in my two cents - yes, a day early or a day late would render the package unacceptable. Although it seems to be ridiculous, but they need to draw the line somewhere. If they allow people to submit early, then everyone will do that and it will get crazy and even more disorganized.
