I am Australian (129-F arrival), my husband American.

We live in America currently and I am on a conditional Greencard until August 2011, since my AOS approval after our marriage in 2009.

My husband has been offered a job in Australia (of all places). The job offer is very good. The only thing is that its for a FEB 1st 2011 start date. This means that I will still be on my conditional greencard.

I do not want to stay in the USA until August.

besides surrendering my greencard,do i have any other options?

Due to the current processing times for my husband toto Australia is is quicker for his employer to sponsor him, rather than apply for a spousal visa througn me.

He would be going with a minimum of a 2 year committment. 2 year contract.

Feb 2011- Feb 2013.

We have a writing and signed/ated contract from his employer.
