I think Mawilson should be considered for regional moderator for the PI and MENA forum, as a test run before any appointment to OT moderator.

There is no misinterpretation here. Your words were clear to everyone else. I even asked you for clarification upon your protestations and you declined. You may think it doesn't apply to you, and that will be for William and the moderating staff to determine as I will most surely report you each and every time you suggest that people who are past their visa journey leave the site.
