Received my NOA text...so excited lol...i know i know, it's just a txt BUT considering all i've been through the past couple of years, this txt gives me a lot of hope....Just thought i'd share my excitement!!!! :D :D :D :D

What do i do with the receipt number???

8/30/10: NOA Text/ Email and Hard Copy

What do i do with the receipt number???

just wait for the NOA1 hard copy in the mailbox,,you can check in the uscis.gov about your status in AOS...good luck for all of us.....Mine was arrived last august 17,2010 in USCIS...got text and email last week,,,and also hard copy NOA1 in the mailbox....now waiting for the biometrics letter,,,,

Checked my mail a couple of minutes ago and i received a hard-copy on the NOA1 & a $70 check i had sent for the I-864, guess they didn't need it...Hope you get your Biometric letter soon...Keep me updated

The I-864 states that the state department will send you a separate bill for the $70. so don't blow the money yet.

8.23.10 Received at 943a in Chicago signed by LBox (now I wait) (Day 3)

8.31.10 Received SMS with receipt numbers (Day 8) ^_^

09.01.10 Check Cashed! (day 9)

09.04.10 Received 3 Hard copy of NOA 1 (day 12)

09.07.10 Received Hard copy NOA for biometrics. Scheduled for 9/20/10 (day 15)

09.20.10 Biometrics done

10.20.10 Email about EAD card ordered

10.26.10 Second email about EAD card

10.30.10 EAD card received (gotta love saturday mail in the U.S)

12.13.10 Scheduled interview at 2PM JFK Boston (APPROVED)
